Since 1998 I have undertaken extensive training in Hypnotherapy and taught hypnotherapy for over 10 years for Chrysalis courses.

I am a Senior Practitioner with the General Hypnotherapy Register GHR and CNHC: Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council the NHS Independent Provider of Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am a Member of The National Council for Hypnotherapy NCH, The Hypnotherapy Directory and The National Hypnotherapy Society.

I am fully qualified in EMDR Eye Movement Desentisation Reprocessing technique.

I am a fully qualified HypnoBand practitioner.

I commenced my Reiki training in 1998 and I am a fully qualified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher of Reiki and Registered with The UK Reiki Association. I am also a fully trained KorManu practitioner and Teacher.

I am a fully qualified Crystal Healing therapist and completed my 2 year training course in 2000 and I am registered with The SVA and ACHO Affiliation of Crystal Healing.

I am a qualified Senior Hypnobirthing teacher and work both with expectant parents and also deliver teaching for the HypnoBirthing Association accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.

I have been qualified in the Mehta technique of Indian Head Massage since 2000.

I have undertaken specialised training in many areas of hypnotherapy including; Weight loss, Eating disorders, Addiction, Pain management and management of chronic illness, Self-esteem & Confidence building, Anxiety, Phobia, Stress management, Psychosexual dysfunction, Sleep problems, Soul Retrieval Therapy, and Past Life Regression/Therapy.
